This is not a mint condition guitar, it probably sits around an 8.5, however it is all original, set up and I do have a 48 hour inspection return guarantee.Īnd I have this in an old Japanese hard case.

There is definitely wear, I have quite a few pictures and this has been nicked and scratched and has a ton of vintage mojo and vibe. The Volume and Tone knobs are still written crisp and have not faded on the knobs either. Typically something falls off but the Teisco badge, the made in Japan sticker, the Steel Reinforced Neck sticker, all of it is still there. This is fantastic because it is all original down to every single badge and sticker is still on the guitar on top of all of the electronics, frets and parts. I have this set up with new strings and low action, all of the electronics are working and I have them cleaned out so there is no static, no buzz, feez, feedback, just clear and clean vintage tone. These have great tone because of the fact this is a vintage guitar, and the Japanese were doing an incredible job at creating competition for the vintage tone that so many American companies were making in the 1960's and 1970's. There is a pickguard with some fancy design that really sets this guitar off, and the double cutaway that makes this look like a tulip is just a gorgeous way to make a guitar. This is a very basic set up and is a pretty collectable guitar these days, the tulip has one vintage original Teisco Japanese made pickup with a volume and tone knob on a sunburst body with a maple neck and a rosewood fretboard. 1960's MADE IN JAPAN Teisco Del Rey E-110 "Tulip" E-110 electric guitar ALL ORIGINAL with a vintage Japanese made hardshell case.
